\u003cli\u003eCreate and execute a clear sales strategy to attract new business to the Credit Union.\u0026nbsp; Conduct consistent business development activities that drive new mortgage business.\u0026nbsp; Identify opportunities to educate our membership, the community and real estate professionals around mortgage lending.\u0026nbsp; Proactively identify and cultivate influencers (e.g., Realtors, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, etc.) with the goal of driving referrals for real estate lending.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOriginate complete and high-quality applications that meet regulatory and Credit Union requirements.\u0026nbsp; Set clear expectations with applicant around process to ensure an outstanding member experience to increase referrals.\u0026nbsp; Obtain and analyze financial statements and credit data.\u0026nbsp; Deliver accurate and timely information to members.\u0026nbsp; Understand and own the rate lock process to ensure transparency for our members and profitable loans for the membership.\u0026nbsp; Transact business in accordance with state and federal regulations such as, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending Practices, and ECOA..\u0026nbsp; Maintain member service KPIs and internal SLAs, and adhere to production goals..\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain a detailed and transparent pipeline of activities with Realtors and other influencers.\u0026nbsp; Report activities regularly to management, both verbally and in writing.\u003c/li\u003e
