It all begins with you.The Business Liaison Consultant 4 / Vendor Relationship Management will manage cross functional critical supplier relationships for the Deposit and Credit Bureau Management Office (DCBMO). The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the products, relationship documentation, and conducting business performance reviews. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with key partners including Third Party Oversight, Risk Operations assessors, External suppliers and internal line of business engagement managers and leadership; actively participating in building out new framework and execution of all applicable DCBMO relationships and third party strategies; ensuring a sharp focus on efficiencies and financial management of supplier spend, eliminate redundant processes, be transparent and document progress with team members internal and external related to critical incidents, issues management, and changes.This role manages vendor relationships with complexity and criticality; provides support to assigned business partners with minimal management guidance; is a key participant for supplier management relationship management activities, and is the Centralized Issue owner for all bureau and related entity engagements. The Business Liaison Consultant 4 will provide management of action plans and risk acceptances for supplier, coordination of risk assessment planning efforts for supplier, collaboration with key partners including Third Party Oversight, risk operations assessors, external suppliers, and internal line of business engagement managers and leaders.Responsibilities include: Coordination and collaboration with business leaders to maintain and initiate relationship management responsibilities, risk management activities as necessary, and on other required matters for relationships owned by the DCBMO. Escalating material issues to senior business managers per the Operational Risk and Compliance Escalation Policy. Communicating **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. processes, policies, or other requirements to the third-party service provider and notifying the third-party service provider of significant operational issues at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. that may affect the third-party service provider. Partnering in the negotiation of contracts and contract terms and conditions consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. practices with **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. partners. Ensuring relationship documentation is current and accurately reflects the relationship, and developing and maintaining strategic road maps. Partnering with stakeholders to maximize commercial value, manage new business pipeline, and establish preferred product disciplines that improve efficiency, cost, and controls. Conducting internal and external meetings with third party representatives to discuss technology roadmaps including new products and services; discussing resolution of third party performance, compliance, and participating in strategic negotiations, as needed. Providing synergy between the firm and critical suppliers on interactions and process maturity. Collaborating with DCBMO and business leaders to manage current and implement new processes, coordinate and opine in contract discussions and negotiations. Addressing high level risk issues for remediation or risk accept.
