Job Summary

Responsible for managing, curating and advocating for the use of key learning and development assets among the ULearn Portfolio. This role functions as the lynchpin between Engagement, Design, Reporting and the Business - Leading meetings and communicating insights across the ULearn and business partner landscape Ensuring that all facets of their portfolio and the assets that make it up are up are organized, kept current and adding value to the business teams they support Overseeing product creation/curation from start to finish. Supervising tasks, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring that every aspect of support efforts are This job is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance management of staff. Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Facilitates learning to develop participants' competencies and to help learners meet specified performance expectations through technical, high level (non-tech) and management development courses.

Responsible for delivering the learning curriculum and developing high quality, cost effective programs for all employees.

Prepares, updates and presents learning programs and seminars, as required. Acts as a subject matter expert for respective functional subject areas. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities

Modifies learning and training programs, as necessary, to ensure consistency with Comcast Competencies.

Makes recommendations to help develop, implement and enhance learning content, delivery and evaluation.

Collaborates with ULearn staff, senior business services operations management and other department personnel regarding training needs, curriculum design, development and delivery in order to create relevant solutions for business units.

Monitors linkage between curriculum and improved learner job performance, coaches participants back on the job, ensuring that learning translates to performance and conducts additional research prior to leading change initiatives.

Evaluates learning and uses evaluation and feedback to upgrade learning and/or develop additional material.

Develops all components of respective learning and training program(s) including: learning objectives, performance objectives, participant guides, facilitator guides, videos, job aids, assessments, computer components and student exercises

Performs needs assessment and research; works closely with field SMEs in order to align with business needs and Comcast competencies.

Analyzes and manages strategies to maximize learner performance.Oversees end-to-end projects with emphasis on minimizing design/development redundancies, informing team on issues/concerns and facilitates communication strategies.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Critical Skills

Ability to craft and curate content using standard authoring tools (articulate suite ex. Rise, Storyline) and video editing, Camtasia etc

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Salary:

Pay Range: $79,717.06 - $119,575.58

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
