About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Loan Documentation Processor in Commercial Banking Operations as part of the Wholesale Lending Operations Division.

In this role, you will:

Provide support in performing loan documentation duties on the most complex loan packages to ensure compliance with company's policies and government regulations

Process or close loans and act as a main point of contact for internal or external customers during the loan process

Perform administrative, operational, or customer support tasks related to complex loan packages

Manage an assigned pipeline of all loan types relative to business line

Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to the team of Loan Documentation specialists to ensure timely completion of work

Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team, functional area, and internal peers outside work group on information related to the routine loan documentation process

Required Qualifications:

4 years of customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Modification, New, and Renewal transactions experience

Real Estate Due Diligence experience

Experience with Title and Collateral

Efficient and Effective time management skills

Efficient and Effective written and verbal communication skills (ability to articulate information in a tactful and professional manner to management)

Experience with Blast and/or CRW

Agile and Adaptive, Quick learner

Effective Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills

The ability to navigate in a time sensitive environment

UCC filing experience

Real Estate/Investor Real Estate experience

Agricultural UCC filing experience

Loan documentation processing experience

Job Expectations:

This is a Hybrid position which requires 3 days in office and 2 remote (Wednesday is a required in office day)

The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET.

Ability to work additional hours as needed.
