Dinsmore, a prominent national law firm with over 750 attorneys in 29 cities, has an immediate opportunity available for an associate in the Commercial Finance and Banking Practice Group in Cincinnati, OH or Columbus, OH. The position requires three to five years of experience representing lenders in commercial real estate loan transactions. Experience with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA multifamily lending and affordable housing, including transactions financed with low income housing tax credits and tax exempt bonds, is beneficial and preferred.
A license to practice in Ohio is required. Out-of-state candidates who are eligible for admission in Ohio will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Qualified candidates can look forward to a practice that will include significant client contact and handling all aspects of complex transactions for regional and national clients of all sizes.
