The Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis is actively seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our Investment Funds Group. Candidates should have 2-4 years of corporate experience at a leading national or international law firm. The ideal candidates would have experience representing fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and operation of investment funds; however, candidates with experience in M&A and other corporate transactional matters would also be considered.
