Captive Finance Integration Architecture Manager needed for a Full Time position located near Costa Mesa, CA.
JOB SUMMARY:
Position is primarily responsible for Architecting Integration technology solutions and leading / managing the resources (internal or external) which are designing, architecting and delivering Integration solutions align with business requirements and technology standards for CF by advising, consulting, researching, recommending and defining data architectural standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical expertise and insight into integration architectural for captive finance business.
Act as subject matter expert in integration technology supporting all projects and maintenance initiatives which require integration management technologies, collaborating with all other CF and organization.
Manage staff (internal or external 5-8) responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting integration management assets and components for CF business.
Develop, evangelize, maintain and transfer knowledge regarding Standards and Best Practices related to integration management from holistic perspective (from business process to best practices in terms of integration solution as well as integration tools and technologies) throughout all Integration Management disciplines.
Align and cooperate with all CF Sub-Division, Other Client Organizations as well as customers requirements to achieve expected results in terms of integration related project / integration quality as well as consistent execution and implementation of Integration Management standards and best practices / techniques.
Execute / Manage admin tasks as needed to deliver integration management.
Other areas as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES & EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 8 to 10 years related experience or equivalent combination.
Previous experience in financial services or automotive industry within the Integration Management with expertise on Integration Tools such as Tibco, MQ, WEBMethods, Informatica as well as best practices and techniques.
Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical knowledge relating to application and database architecture and development.
Strong understanding of technologies related to data within auto-finance context.
