Analyze corporate investment opportunities, potential acquisitions, and potential strategic partnerships. Provide strategic recommendations on portfolio optimization that will create sustainable quantifiable shareholder value. Model and plan out the financial implications of business development proposals and how the company must adjust and maneuver structurally to seamlessly incorporate acquisitions and partnerships into the multi-tiered, structurally complex company on a local, regional and overall company level in structuring business deals. Utilize knowledge of options pricing, business valuation and risk management to select potential investment opportunities and to make key recommendations to top-level executives.Utilize business valuation methodologies and key issues underlying tax, foreign exchange, financing, and accounting variables that drive and impact each potential and actual transaction. Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that will assist the company with decision-making. Forecast and analyze financial costs and evaluation financial viability and growth concerning investments and partnerships. Recommend organizational changes in structure to incorporate acquisition and partnership plans into organization seamlessly. Confer with management personnel to ensure successful functioning of acquisitions and partnerships within the company’s organizational structure. Plan for and recommend changes in management and operational structure at local levels and for company overall to accommodate acquisitions and partnerships.
Requires a Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
