You will be working on researching and reviewing all information needed for pre-hearing appeal requests on this team. Once gathered, you will have outstanding technology to add information to case systems and notify necessary parties using Microsoft Office products.

The key to excelling in this position your ability to manage each case for accuracy and completeness and ensure copies are provided to all interested parties and any agency offices.

This position will also involve handling inbound calls for the Office of Appeals and conducting outbound calls to coordinate to gain collect information from parties and witnesses promptly. You will work with hearing officers on this team and help with planning, processing transactions, pre, and post case preparations and monitoring queues and schedules, drafting appeal notices, subpoenas, and appeal correspondence.

Qualifications:

If you are currently working as a legal secretary, legal assistant, paralegal, judicial clerk, or working with administrative hearings, this may be an excellent opportunity for your career. Please apply if you have the following:

- Strong computer software skills.

- Work well under pressure and ability to meet deadlines.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- At least one year of legal, secretarial, or clerical work experience.

non-legal work experience.
