Profile

Position Summary:

Assist manager in all aspects of invoice processing via various payment platforms. The position requires a basic knowledge of GTN/InforNexus, Citibank, HSBC and the manual open account platform. The position also requires a workable knowledge base of PVH’s ERP systems.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:

Review invoice presentations for payment approval.
Review p.o./invoice discrepancies and follow-up with the division or other teams as required.
Review claims reports and settle claims as needed.
Additional duties as required by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:

At least 2 - 5 years of related experience

Education:

College degree or equivalent working experience

Knowledge/Skills Required:

Strong written and verbal skills.
Working knowledge of excel.
Ability to focus, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
