McGlinchey Stafford seeks to hire an associate attorney with 0-3 years of legal experience to join our national Consumer Financial Services Compliance practice in Washington, D.C. While experience in financial services is preferred, candidates do not have to have prior regulatory experience or experience in consumer finance for this position. We are seeking attorneys with an interest in learning and developing in this field. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in a business focused, non-litigation role to grow in a collegial environment of a national firm working with national clients.
Preferred candidates will have an interest in working in regulatory compliance at the state and federal level and in corporate and transactional law relating to financial services. We are seeking candidates with excellent academic credentials, strong writing, and research abilities. Candidates must be admitted in D.C. and their license must be active, in good standing, and up to date with current CLE requirements.
