Billing Supervisor, Contracts and Order Processing','1912010','','Cox Automotive','!*!Dealertrack, a Cox Automotive Brand, is currently looking for a Billing Supervisor, Contracts and Order Processing to join our team in North Hills, NY.The Role:The Contracts and Order Entry team within the Revenue Center of Excellence is responsible for ensuring all sales opportunities are reviewed and all orders and contracts are processed in a timely and efficient manner to allow for accurate sales commission payouts, product installations, billing and revenue recognition. The team interacts with a variety of other Finance and Operational groups throughout Cox Automotive.Responsibilities:The Supervisor, Billing position directly supervises the Contracts and Order Processing group.  As Supervisor, the expectations and responsibilities of the role include:Monitor and assign workloads based on volume to ensure all SLAs and business expectations are met or exceededDevelop and monitor effective metrics and reporting to highlight team contribution and efficiency and business performanceInstitute pre-billing checks and ensure all are performed timely to minimize billing errors and customer creditsPartner with other Revenue Accounting teams to reconcile monthly billing to ensure completeness and accuracyRecognize and highlight new or non-standard Contract/SOW terms for further review and support the Revenue COE managers (Master Data/Billing Ops) in ensuring they are operationalizedAssist with sales team or client escalations and collaborate on solutions with other Revenue Accounting teams as well as Product, Operations and Implementation teams Monitor team training needs, facilitate training sessions, maintain policy and procedure documentation and identify process improvementsCollaborate and partner with peers across Revenue Accounting to strengthen controls to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue and establish standard processes and unified solutions, where applicable Provide ad hoc related reporting as requested','','','!*!Salesforce, Excel and large ERP experience requiredStrong verbal and written communication skills, ability to stay calm in high pressure situations and speak confidently to internal and external customersAble to balance client satisfaction and fiduciary responsibilitiesHighly efficient and motivated individualKnowledge of Cox Automotive Retail Solutions products and businesses a plusSolid understanding of basic financial terminology, general accounting related to billing, financial controls, and other financial concepts preferredEducation and Work Experience:High School Diploma/GED requiredBachelor’s Degree preferred5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting roles is requiredAbout us:Dealertrack, a Cox Automotive Brand, is building a connected suite of software solutions and services to help automotive dealers thrive in today's digital retailing environment.
