Rydek is recruiting to obtain the services of one (1) Consultant to provide Project Management assistance to implement the an agency-wide procurement and inventory system for a local government agency, along with ancillary systems that are peripheral and instrumental in the success of the Project. The Project is a multi-department project. The Project Manager Consultant will coordinate implementation of the system supporting 3 local government departments.

The client has set out specific “Minimum Requirements” which must be met and in your resume as tasks performed at current or previous employers up to the minimum years in the timeframe listed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Consultant must meet ALL of the following minimum requirements:
Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Project Management, or Healthcare Administration.
Three (3) years of experience within the last eight (8) years managing projects within a supply chain environment. A supply chain environment includes procurement, invoice processing, inventory management, receiving and product distribution.
Two (2) years of experience within the last six (6) years managing a system implementation project.
Must have completed one (1) project where they developed system requirement documentation within the last six (6) years.
Must have completed two (2) IT projects where the Consultant provided project management experience; each with a duration of at least six (6) months, within the last six (6) years utilizing a project management methodology that is closely aligned with the Project Management Institute's (PMI) approach.
Must have completed one (1) management project and participated in all phases below,
within the last five (5) years:
• Project Planning
• Project Control
• Project Implementation (including Testing), Monitoring and Controlling
• Project Transition to Maintenance
Documentary evidence of the required certification, degree, and job experience, as indicated above, must be submitted with resume.
