Financial Services Portfolio and Workout Manager Multiple Locations

Profile

Within our Corporate Lending Group, we are focused on the portfolio management of leveraged and asset based loans. In this role, you will lead a team and your responsibilities will include oversight of all workout accounts.
Role Details:

Refine and execute the monitoring strategies for middle market and broadly syndicated loan books of the Corporate Lending group in the Americas.
Work with dedicated team to monitor portfolio. Duties include maintaining up to date knowledge of each account, ongoing identification of all relevant risks and mitigating factors. as well as the development of a coherent strategy to ensure repayment.
Monitor amendment and/or restructuring processes.
Work with deal teams to resolve categorization of performing vs non-performing accounts.
Develop and recommend credit reserves for the portfolio with Head of Risk
Handle workout process for CLE and coordinate with other professionals involved internally and externally. Internal teams will include accounting, loan operations, risk controlling and legal. External teams will include outside counsel and financial advisors.
Maintain regular communications to CLE management, including the creation of dashboards with various metrics
Ensure compliance with Siemens internal reporting requirements

Qualifications:

BA/BS in finance, economics or accounting preferred
15-20 years of credit analysis. Specifically, middle market leveraged finance workout/troubled account experience is required.
Preferably, including the completion of credit training from a large international investment bank or a smaller institution with focus on Middle Market businesses.
Deep knowledge of discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, merger and asset-based models.
Prior experience underwriting and leading Syndicated Bank and Middle Market Club transactions.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Solid professional writing skills, particularly in preparation of credit memos and relevant documents.
Willingness to travel when travel restrictions ease.
