As an Intern in our Hybrid-Operate group, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside leading professionals across diverse industries.

Work you'll do

As an Intern, you will be part of the team supporting the ValueD platform, working as a liaison between the Valuation team and the technology development team.

In addition to working with/on multiple teams, you will have an opportunity to work with leadership to conduct research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems. You will have an opportunity to influence and contribute to the rapidly growing ValueD platform by interfacing with the technology development to meet product owner demands.

In this fast-paced environment, you will be required to work with stakeholders to support client demos of the platform, project setup and execution, change management, gathering feedback, and facilitating user acceptance testing. You should feel comfortable reviewing technology product features and improvement ideas from both leadership and platform users.

The desired candidate for this role is analytical and detail oriented, with a strong drive to learn new technologies. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and while they will be team oriented, they will also be able to work independently as needed.

The Team

The ValueD team delivers support to the Valuation & Modeling business to drive adoption of the platform and create market opportunities to leverage the technology capabilities by providing management of the platform, tracking key metrics, developing future plans (roadmap), implementing change management and driving the efforts for ValueD to change the client experience and help the business grow.

Qualifications

Required:

Pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields with a mix of business and technology skills (with expected graduation no later than Fall 2024) or completed in these or related areas of study

Fundamental data manipulation and analytics experience such as pivot tables, charts, etc.

Experience interpreting data, creating detailed reports, presentations, project plans, flowcharts and/or agendas

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.2 or above)

Demonstrate knowledge with valuation or modeling

Demonstrate knowledge with other analytical software (Tableau, other)

This wage range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $36.06 to $40.38
