\u003cli\u003eLead day-to-day execution of client engagements.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide direction and vision to team members for offering materials, management presentations, client marketing presentations and other materials.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform transaction due diligence, research and analysis.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrepare and review complex financial analyses and models for potential transactions.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsure quality of client deliverables by demonstrating extraordinary attention to detail.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage and maintain client relationships and act as the primary contact to clients and prospects.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssess client needs and proactively generate relevant ideas and solutions and participate in marketing the Company\u0026rsquo;s services to new clients.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eMinimum of three years of Investment Banking experience in an Associate role.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrior transaction experience and strong interest in the global Aerospace and Defense sector\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Economics.)\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMBA is preferred but not a requirement.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong analytical capabilities including financial statement analysis, financial accounting and company valuation.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDemonstrated proficiency with business writing and can articulate complex ideas simply and summarize them effectively.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCapable of completing multiple project-oriented tasks effectively and in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to work independently while being team-oriented; prioritize tasks, react to changes and solve critical issues.\u003c/li\u003e
