Responsibilities

Evaluate claims oversight performance metrics by interfacing with the sub-contractor to gather and track associated reporting. Evaluate metrics for early identification of problems and areas for process improvement. Identify new areas for reporting and early identification of problems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provide team members with data analytics that provide insights into claims payments based on policy

Collect and analyze multi-faceted data using advanced methodologies and tools

Use the data you have generated to develop improvements, assisting in the presentation and implementation of your recommendations and solutions

Develop and maintain KPIs

Creates reporting that enables improvement and measuring

Root cause reporting for claims issues

Oversight of daily reporting

Required Qualifications

Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. Citizenship

Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (eQIP - Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing)

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of data reporting experience. If non degreed, need more than 2 years of experience in data reporting

1 or more years of experience in SQL - to include creating moderately complex queries

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL

In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs

Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools

Excellent organizational skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Tableau

Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs

Experience in mining claims data

Tricare experience
