Motor Finance Jobs
A motor finance professional prepares the sales plan and follows its maintenance, handles all aspects of finance, liaises with banks and financial institutions, performs budgeting, MIS, internal audits and prepares and organizes presentations and sales reports following the standards of the company. The responsibilities of a motor finance professional consist of developing and implementing effective sales and marketing campaigns, explaining and providing customers with various easy finance schemes available on motors and convincing them as well as establishing and maintaining customer relationships. A motor finance professional should perform potential mapping of motor dealers and financiers. He/she should ensure adequate supply of spare parts to the service Centre, manage day to day service operations and resolve consumer issues and ensure smooth working and contact the customers before and after the sale to acquire their opinions, feedback and satisfaction level regarding the product.
A bachelor’s degree preferably in sales and marketing is required for this position. A motor finance professional should be presentable, well aware of the current and upcoming trends in this field and should possess very good relationship management, sales and operations and communication skills.
