MISSION: Focus on servicing a significant number of consumer customers with the goal of maximizing the profit contribution of each customer by providing additional product / service solutions. The primary focus of the PRM is the management of a portfolio of consumer customers. Become the main point of contact for their portfolio customers and is responsible for retention and cross sell of the customer, as well as new production on any referred relationships. Deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Fill the role as a trusted financial advisor for your customers taking the opportunity to fulfill all of their banking needs. Work toward the customer viewing you as their relationship manager, by being able to help them with complete confidentiality with regards to personal information. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maximize the profitability of the branch by selling and servicing the portfolio customers. Manage high-valued and high potential customers through portfolio management. Achieve sales goals as established by manager through direct sells and referrals of all deposit, loan and investment products. Develop highly organized planning of daily, weekly and monthly sales activates. Profile mass affluent customers and prospects by conducting financial needs assessments to identify opportunities to sell loan, deposit and investment products and for relationship development. Retain, secure and develop customer relationships. Deepen customer relationships through cross-selling and up-selling to increase retention and income generation with each portfolio customer. Identify and advise the customer on their needs. Maximize the Bank?s profits by actively marketing the products the Bank has identified as critical or on special promotion. Maintain daily records of products sold and other management reports as required. Keep current on the Bank?s products, pricing, sales techniques and marketing strategies. Stay current on local and global economic states. Develop marketing scripts to facilitate tele-consulting sales calls. Conduct a predetermined number of tele-consulting calls each day to mass affluent customers and prospects. Combine demanding goals and high levels of support. Identify cross sell opportunities for mass affluent customers and refer them to the other Retail Banking Product Specialists. Provide an exceptional level of service to Retail Preferred Customers to improve customer experience. Support the migration of the transactions. Maintain a high satisfaction level for the assigned portfolio customers. Resolve customer problems, issues or concerns by providing exceptional levels of customer service. Help maintain lobby traffic by offering assistance to customers when FSAs are unavailable. Play a mentor role to the FSAs to help coach them to become exceptional consumer sales specialist. Learn the aspects of the BRE role to serve as a support when the BRE is out and also as part of career path development. Requirements: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s degree in Business Finance or equivalent professional experience. Two years Retail Banking sales experience with emphasis on home equity lending, consumer lending, investments and deposit products. Teleconsulting sales experience. Health and Life Insurance licensed. Fully licensed to sell investment products (Series 6 & 63 licenses). Must have assertive communication skills with a focus for sales. PC skills with experience in Excel and Word documents. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual (Spanish/English). SCHEDULE: Includes alternating Saturdays.
